1. Preamble

This collaboration charter defines the principles and rules of conduct applicable to all artists using the KantoBiz platform. It aims to ensure respectful and professional interactions between all users.

2. Artist Commitments

2.1. Professionalism

The artist commits to:

  • Delivering services in accordance with the description published on their profile
  • Respecting the times and locations agreed upon in the contract
  • Communicating clearly and respectfully with bookers
  • Maintaining a consistent level of quality in their performances

2.2. Reliability

The artist commits to honoring their commitments and notifying promptly in case of unavailability.

  • Responding to booking requests within a reasonable timeframe
  • Not cancelling a booking without a legitimate reason
  • Immediately informing support in the event of force majeure

2.3. Honesty

The artist commits to providing accurate information about their profile, skills and experience. Any misleading or fraudulent information may result in account suspension or deletion.

3. Prohibited Behaviors

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on the platform:

  • Discriminatory, hateful, defamatory or threatening language
  • Harassment in any form
  • Publishing unlawful, obscene content or content infringing third-party rights
  • Attempting to circumvent the platform's payment system
  • Creating fake profiles or identity fraud
  • Using the messaging system for advertising or spam purposes

4. Sanctions

4.1. Scale of Sanctions

In the event of a breach of this charter, KantoBiz reserves the right to apply the following sanctions:

  • Warning by email
  • Temporary account suspension (7 to 30 days)
  • Removal of the certification badge
  • Permanent account suspension
  • Reporting to competent authorities in the event of a criminal offense

4.2. Right of Reply

A sanctioned artist may contest the decision by contacting support at contact@digiwide.io within 15 days. The contest will be reviewed within 48 business hours.

KantoBiz commits to providing a secure platform, handling disputes impartially, and supporting artists in their professional development.
